“The world as we have created it is a process of our thinking. It cannot be changed without changing our thinking.” – Albert Einstein
1. Figure Out Why Alcohol Doesn’t Make Sense For Your Life
Take a 30 day break from alcohol. Drink none for 30 days. It will be awkward. What you learn is that you do not need to freak out or be self conscious. This break can give you the discretion to decide if alcohol makes any sense for your life.
2. Bodybuilding Drive Transferred Into Business
If you are a heavily focused bodybuilder, you may also be able to transition that drive into business. Adam saw that drug abuse ran rampant in the bodybuilding space, so he knew eventually when they came off of these drugs, they’d need a hormone clinic to help them transition out of the performance enhancing drug use.
3. Why Is It So Hard To Tap Into The Deeper Parts of Ourselves Even When We Know It Will Benefit Our Lives Long term?
It’s hard because you have to deal with the truth. Most people do not like the truth very much. Most seek escapes like tv and alcohol. It is hard to face the truth, but the truth is your friend. If you feel a NEED for alcohol, that should concern you.

Hustle: What’s your main motivation for doing what you do and hustling to the max of your potential?
He stays focused on providing for his family. He wakes up “broke” in his mind. He thinks to himself everyday it’s all going to go away. It is no longer fear based but motivation based. He realized that reactive life is a losing life because you’re always reacting to your circumstances. If you live a proactive life, you can create your problems. This can allow you to manage your problems more. It is much more fruitful, promising, and creates a lot more promise for your life to live a proactive life. Go after it.
